The short version
We collect what is needed to make and deliver flowers, and to tell you it happened. We do not sell anything about you to anyone, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
Your email address. Asked for first, because everything else depends on it — the receipt, the order confirmation, and the reminder before the same occasion comes around next year.
The order itself. Who the flowers are for, the delivery zip code and date, the occasion, and the bouquet you chose.
Your mobile number, if you give it. Optional. It is used to text you a photograph of the bouquet before it goes out, and to reach you if something about the delivery needs sorting.
An unfinished order. If you start an order and leave, what you had chosen is saved and we send one email — once — offering to pick it back up. There is a link to stop that in the email itself.
What we never see
Card numbers. Payment fields on the review screen belong to Stripe and run inside their frame; the card details go from your browser to Stripe and never touch our servers. We are told the last four digits and whether it worked.
Who else handles it
Four companies, each doing one job: Stripe takes the payment, Resend sends the email, Supabase stores the order, and Vercel hosts the site. Each holds only what its job needs. Nobody else is given your details.
How long we keep it
Orders are kept as business records. A saved occasion date is kept until you unsubscribe from the reminder — one click at the bottom of any reminder, and it stops every reminder, not just that one.
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you. Write to the address below and we will do it and confirm when it is done.
Cookies
None for advertising, and no third-party analytics following you around. The site needs no cookie banner because it sets nothing that would require one.
Children
This is a florist. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
